Superb !

All went well. Received a sudden invitation to a meeting in DDP and rush to hotel where asked if was possible a paid early check-in. The hotel provided it for free. Used coin laundry and microwave at 4th . The Gym is small but enough.

The carpet in my room seemed a bit worn out, and the breakfast could benefit from a broader selection of fruits. I was the only guest using the laundry when a security staff approached me precisely as I was transferring my clothes from the washing machine to the dryer. This encounter made me uncomfortable. It's a behavior I've often observed in supermarkets and shops towards black individuals, where security personnel seemingly make a point to "greet" us...

This staff was very professional and inviting, the installations were great. Also the location is good besides not being exactly in the center of town it was very strategic for our plans in Seoul.

We enjoyed our stay and thank you to the staff!

We ended spending almost 3 weeks at this hotel due to some health issues I was having. It was a very positive experience as the the staff was extremely helpful/professional, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of different options from 3 different kinds of soup, fish, cereal station, pasta, etc. The gym was nice and we really liked that there were washers/dryers in the hotel as we ended staying for a long time. There is a mall next to the hotel that has a lot of different dining options, too. The hotel is modern and we felt it was reasonably priced for the quality of the building and our room.

The only issue I had with this hotel is I wish they would provide glasses and mugs in the rooms rather than single use paper cups. I was surprised to see this because every hotel I've ever stayed in provide glasses and mugs as that is better for the environment. We don't want to have to keep cutting down trees. Lotte, please make the change.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The internal temperature was good and could be adjusted. There is a coin laundry as well as a microwave on the fourth floor that you can use! The staff were so friendly and very responsive.

I loved my long weekend stay at this hotel

I liked everything about this hotel, to be honest. It was so quiet which is really important to me. Such a good bed and beddings! No more than 10 min walk to Guro Digital Complex Subway with line 2. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious. I am especially grateful to the housekeeping team for all the effort making my room look super fresh every day on my 4 night stay. There’s no cutting corners, they are really caring, so thank you very much for all your hard work. The TV had so many channels! I also liked the delicious breakfast which was plentiful every day. The restaurant was spacious and the staff was great each morning. All in all a great stay indeed!

There was no iron in the room and I had to go to the laundry room to iron my shirts. It’s only a minor inconvenience though.

I had a wonderful time!

Room was quite nice and spacious especially with a bathtub. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any kind of troubles you might face. Good view from the rooms and quite close to the metro ad well!

Commuting to and from the property (to the city centre for example) is a little annoying especially cuz its at least 40 mins away from most touristy places- but if you're someone who likes to be out and about- then works fine!
